Joint Conference of the Eastern and Western Snow Conferences

The Eastern Snow Conference invites vendors to display their products, expertise, and services at the 81st annual meeting to be held in Denver, Colorado May 12-15, 2026. This year’s conference is a joint meeting with the Western Snow Conference, significantly increasing your company’s exposure. The annual conference will bring together scientific researchers, practitioners, and decision-makers from a variety of disciplines associated with snow, water, climate, and natural resource data collection and management. The four-day Conference begins on Tuesday, May 12 with a keynote address followed by technical presentations, and ends with a technical tour of local research facilities.
The 81st annual meeting in Denver – a joint meeting with the Western Snow Conference - will provide an excellent opportunity for vendors to publicize their products and services. Representatives of the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, USDA Forest Service, state water agencies, irrigation districts, utility companies, consulting companies, cloud seeding operators and other water related organizations will be in attendance. In addition, virtual attendees will have the opportunity to hear vendors introduce their products and services.
Conference Venue and Lodging
The 2026 ESC/WSC Joint Conference will be held at the Auraria Campus in beautiful Denver, Colorado. Information about lodging and a recommended conference hotel can be found on our website.
Exhibit Space
The vendor exhibit spaces will be located adjacent to the primary conference room. This area assures high visibility for all exhibits and provides a comfortable location for attendees to gather while on break and during sessions.
Exhibit Set-Up: Set-up may take place beginning at 8:00 am Monday, May 12. Exhibits may remain in place until 5:00 pm on May 14.
Rates and Fees: A basic US$500 fee is required for exhibiting privileges, payable in advance to the Eastern Snow Conference. This should be received by 1 May, 2026, to assure your booth space. The registration fee includes booth space, table, electrical outlet, wireless Internet, conference registration fee and banquet ticket for one, company logo and link on the Western Snow Conference website.
Vendor Coordination: Jim Brylawski will be our onsite vendor chair for this year’s meeting. Once in Denver, Jim will be able to answer questions and help in any way that he can while you attend.

Shipping (IMPORTANT): Due to the large number of vendor, and limited locked storage space at the venue, vendors will need to ship their equipment to their local hotel prior to setting up at the conference venue. There are also UPS drop locations nearby.

Vendor’s Introduction
On Tuesday May 12th, each vendor will be allowed to show 3 PowerPoint slides and will be given 3 minutes at the podium to introduce themselves and their company. Please email the PowerPoint file (*.pptx) (5 MB maximum) to the Eastern Snow Conference at easternsnowconference@gmail.com. Make sure your company’s logo is on the first slide.
Coffee Breaks Sponsorship
As an added bonus, your organization can also sponsor a coffee break at the ESC-WSC Joint Conference. Your organization will be recognized at the start of this coffee break, and the attendees will very much appreciate your efforts! If your company sponsors a coffee break, please provide a PowerPoint side with your company’s logo and it will be displayed on the screen during the break. Email the slide to easternsnowconference@gmail.com. In addition, please bring an item (with your company logo!) for our Wednesday evening banquet raffle. This is a fun event which also highlights your company’s support of the Eastern Snow Conference.
Even if you do not plan to attend this year’s conference, WE WELCOME SUPPORTING SPONSORS. Sponsors who contribute $200 or more to support the ESC will be acknowledged at the annual meeting, will be prominently listed in the annual Proceedings volume, and your company logo and website will be displayed on the Eastern Snow Conference website.
Over the years the Eastern Snow Conference has provided the opportunity for people who work in the field of snow hydrology, water supply forecasting, water conservation and use, and watershed management to meet with sales people who are knowledgeable and helpful in assisting them to meet their needs.
