Student registration ($100) includes access to the full Scientific Program, the icebreaker event on May 12, and ECR social event on May 12, health break drinks and snacks, and the banquet dinner on May 14.

Life Member registration ($0) is available for Life Members of the ESC and includes access to the full Scientific Program, the icebreaker event on May 12, health break drinks and snacks, and the banquet dinner on May 14.

Vendor registration ($500) is available for vendors and includes access to the full Scientific Program, the icebreaker event on May 12, health break drinks and snacks, and the banquet dinner on May 14. A display booth with table, electrical connection, and wireless Internet will be available.

Virtual registration ($25) is available for attendees unable to attend in person. Presenters should contact the ESC before choosing this option.

All prices are in USD. An additional late fee of $25 will be applied after April 30, 2026.
